Yes. Because we brew our sauce cold-filled without preservatives, please refrigerate your bottle immediately after opening to maintain freshness.

Are there any artificial preservatives in the sauce?
Never. We use only real, authentic ingredients like non-GMO soy sauce, organic ginger, and fresh green onions.
What is the shelf life of an unopened bottle?
Unopened bottles are shelf-stable for up to 18 months. The 'Best By' date is printed clearly on the shoulder of every bottle.
Is Bachan’s vegan-friendly?
Yes, our Original, Hot and Spicy, and Gluten-Free sauces are 100% vegan and contain no animal products.
